Hundreds of law enforcement officials and community members gathered earlier today at the University of Delaware to honor the life and legacy of Delaware State Police Cpl. Matthew “Ty” Snook.

Other police agencies in New Castle County have stepped up to cover for troopers on Jan. 5, as the agency mourns fallen Cpl. Matthew "Ty" Snook.

While nobody was injured in the crash, the driver of the state police cruiser was found at fault for the incident, Naugatuck police said.
