Kenneth Washington’s official cause of death has been revealed. According to a death certificate obtained by PEOPLE, the actor’s death was a result of cardiopulmonary arrest and prostate cancer.

The last surviving main cast member of TV’s “Hogan’s Heroes” has died. According to Variety, Kenneth Washington, who also had roles on a host of other popular ’60’s shows, died on July 18. He was 88.
